How long do we have use of the equipment for when we hire it?

  All our prices include hire period (as set out in each package), set up and clear away as well as delivery and collection (subject to mileage charges for areas outside 10 mile radius from B77).

What if we require a longer play time with the equipment?

  That's no problem. If you wish to hire longer than the hire period just go to the list of each package and at the bottom of the list is a price for extra hire period. Just let us know at the time of booking and any additional time required can be arranged for you.

How long will you need to set-up and pack away?

  Set up and pack away are shown for each package; it is important to include this time if you intend hiring a venue.

Do you hire your soft play out all year round?

 Yes! we can set up in a venue of your choice, or at home but we only allow indoor use of any of are equipment unless its the out door package.

Can we hire the equipment for outdoor use?

  Only if it is stated as out side use.

What age is the equipment intended for?

  Our soft play and play equipment is generally suitable for 0-5 year old's however certain items may not be suitable for a child of under 6 months. We must stress that children of any age MUST be supervised at all times while using any of our equipment by 2 responsible adult's over the age of 18. The equipment should only be used for the appropriate age range as stated as 0-5 years old.

Are you insured?

 Yes, we are fully insured for public liability up to the sum of £5 million

How do I book?

  Go to are booking form on-line fill in all your details,  We will then contact you back with a email confirming all your detail. That email is you proof of the booking with use. We also send a email the week before your booking just for your peace of mind and if you have any amendments.

How do I pay?

  We accept payment Cheque, Bank transfer, or Cash. Cheques need to be made payable to Ann Smith and posted to Playdays Soft play hire, 9 Stour, Hockley, Tamworth, Staffs B77 5QJ. If bank transfer is preferred, we will send you our details in order for you to process the payment. We do not take a deposit, you have the option of paying cash on the day or bank transfer 2 days before or if by Cheque I week before your booking.
